General Terms
- Terms and Conditions of Sunshine Gold programme are governed by the laws of India and will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
- Membership and benefits of Sunshine Gold programme are offered at the sole discretion of Sun-n-Sand Hotels Pvt Ltd (Sun-n-Sand).
- Sunshine Gold programme is applicable at:
- Sun-n-Sand, Mumbai
Sunset Room, Aqua Spirit, Kabab Hut and Aqua "24 hr Coffee Shop".
- Sun-n-Sand, Pune
Carrots and Celery, 262 'The Lounge', Kabab Hut,The Orient and Sweet Sin.
- Sun-n-Sand, Shirdi
Country Green and Checkers.
- Sun-n-Sand, Nagpur
- Jewel of India, Worli, Mumbai.
Restaurant and Bar.

Enrollment and Membership
- Membership is open to all individuals who are aged 18 years and above.
- Any individual may become a member of the Sunshine Gold programme. Corporations, associations or groups cannot enroll into the Sunshine Gold programme. Sun-n-Sand, however reserves the right to deny membership to any individual at its sole and absolute discretion.
- Employees of Sun-n-Sand, its affiliates or subsidiaries and the employees of owners of part hotels (collectively 'employees') are not eligible to participate in Sunshine Gold programme.
- Only one membership card can be purchased per individual.
- Enrollment onto Sunshine Gold programme must be in the individual’s full legal name and proof of identification will need to be provided on request.
- Any change of information as provided in Sunshine Gold enrollment form must be notified to the Sunshine Gold Member Services (as specified in the enrollment form) in writing.
- All communication shall be mailed to the mailing address (postal or email) given in the enrollment form and it’s the responsibility of the member to inform Sunshine Gold member services about any change in his / her address. All communication shall be deemed to have been received by the member and Sun-n-Sand bears no responsibility for communication not received or lost in the mail or courier.
- On signing the application form or on signing the back of the membership card, a member acknowledges that the terms and conditions associated with the use of the Sunshine Gold programme are binding upon him and agrees to abide by the same.
- Sun-n-Sand and its programme partners reserve the right to close the programme by providing a one-month notice in writing to its members.
- Sun-n-Sand may decide to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, benefits or rewards associated with the programme at its sole discretion.
- Sun-n-Sand reserves the right to discontinue membership to Sunshine Gold programme to any member for reasons that include but are not limited to i) violation of the terms and conditions ii) use of the programme in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions or intent of the programme or any portion of the programme including but not limited to redemption iii) misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this programme iv) violation of any national, state or local law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges v) failure to pay hotel charges vi) a cheque to Sun-n-Sand, its affiliates or programme partners, that is returned for insufficient funds or is invalid for any reason vii) commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of the Sunshine Gold programme viii) More than one active account per member or ix) physical, verbal or written abuse of any hotel personnel x) if a member is convicted to an offence of criminal nature or xi) action in any other way to the detriment of the sunshine gold programme or any of its alliances, all as may be determined by Sun-n-Sand in its sole discretion.
- The membership is valid for one year from the date; a completed application form is received, along with membership fees. The expiry date of the membership is printed on the card.
- Sunshine Gold is a personal membership and therefore benefits and privileges awarded, are for the sole utilization of our members. Lending /transferring the card or its privileges to any third party is not permissible under any circumstances.
- Sunshine Gold is not responsible nor assumes any liability for sudden changes in, or withdrawal of any programme partner from the Sunshine Gold programme.
- All interpretations of the terms and conditions and programme rules shall be at the sole discretion of Sun-n-Sand Hotels.
- All programme partner tie-ups and agreements are made by Sun-n-Sand Hotel and Sunshine Gold on a best effort basis. The Sunshine Gold is hence not liable for any loss, damage, provision or non-provision of regulations when a partner tie-up or agreement is made for the benefit of a Sunshine Gold member. A partner tie-up implies "a service provided by an associate / business that is not managed or owned by the Sun-n-Sand Hotels."
- The programme and any benefit, offering, or rewards relating to the programme, shall not be construed as a contractual relationship between Sun-n-Sand Hotels and the Sunshine Gold members.
- The member accepts and explicitly authorizes that any personal information which is supplied by the member in the enrolment form or during the course of Sunshine Gold programme membership i) shall be processed by Sun-n-Sand by its subsidiaries, affiliates or franchisees, and ii) may be transferred to any third parties with which Sun-n-Sand is affiliated within the scope of the programme (alliances) or to third parties to process the members personal data on Sun-n-Sand's behalf for use of such information of its (their) administration of membership records.
- A lost or misplaced card must be reported immediately in writing. M administration fee shall be charged to the Sunshine Gold member and replacement of Sunshine Gold Membership card will be issued bearing the same number and expiry date as on the lost/misplaced card. - Lost/misplaced cards shall be replaced at a charge of Rs 250/-
- Cancellation of membership shall result in forfeiture of the entire membership fees.
- The amenity vouchers are the responsibility of the member. In the event, the vouchers are lost/misplaced /stolen; they will not be replaced or refunded.
- The amenity vouchers are to be used on or prior to the expiry of the card. The vouchers will not be extended or refunded incase of non-utilization.

Food & Beverages
- Discounts are applicable at Sun-n-Sand participating hotels / restaurants on a la carte and buffet meals only at the printed menu rates. Discounts cannot be availed on banquet bills or any other negotiated rates.
- Discounts will be extended only on presentation of a valid membership card. In case the member fails to display the membership card at the time of settling the bills, discounts, privileges shall not be offered. No retrospective benefits shall be offered, at any time thereafter.
- Discounts cannot be availed in conjunction with any other promotion / scheme, discounts or offers. For e.g. the complimentary meal voucher of Rs 400/- cannot be used together with the 20% membership discount.
- To avail discounts on Food & Beverage, it is mandatory for the Sunshine Gold member to be present at the respective hotel /restaurant.
- 20% discount shall be offered on soft beverages and alcoholic beverages (Indian and imported).
- 20% discount on dining is applicable for a minimum of one guest up to a maximum of ten guests at a time.
- Discounts shall not be applicable on Food & Beverage on 3Ist December at any Sun-n¬Sand establishments.
- The meal vouchers are non-refundable and transferable and can be used for buffet meals or on a la carte orders at all Sun-n-Sand participating hotels/restaurants.
- The one kg. Cake voucher can be used to choose either Chocolate, Black Forest or Pineapple cake. 24 hours prior notice is required for delivery of cake. The hotel / restaurant shall not provide home /office delivery. The cake voucher is non-refundable and transferable.
- The wine bottle voucher shall entitle the guest to one bottle of house wine (red or white). The hotel shall not provide home / office delivery. The wine voucher is non¬refundable and transferable.

Accommodation
- Complimentary room night shall be applicable for accommodation in the base room category at the respective hotel on double occupancy inclusive of buffet breakfast. The complimentary room night voucher is not refundable and transferable.
- The complimentary room night can be availed at Sun-n-Sand Mumbai, Sun-n-Sand Pune and Sun-n-S Nagpur during the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
- The complimentary room night can be availed at Sun-n-Sand Shirdi throughout the year except during special promotions /packages.
- The upgrade vouchers shall entitle the members to a complimentary upgrade to the next category of room reserved at the rate of the day. For eg. If the member reserves a Superior Room at Sun-n-Sand Mumbai at the best available rate, he will be upgraded to Ocean View Room at no extra cost on submission of the upgrade voucher.
- Complimentary rooms cannot be availed during Christmas Eve and New Years Eve at any of the Su n-n-Sand participating hotels.
- Discounts on rooms can be availed on published tariff for reservations for self or guests.
- Discounts on rooms cannot be availed in conjunction with any other promotion / scheme, discounts or offers. For e.g. complimentary room night cannot be availed along with the room upgrade voucher.
- All rooms shall be offered subject to availability.
